Getting started

What is RewardingStore?

An independent price tracker. We record what products cost on India’s quick-commerce and e-commerce platforms over time, so you can see whether today’s price is actually a good one. We don’t sell anything. See About us.

Is it free?

Yes. Browsing is free and open to everyone. A free account lets you keep a watchlist and set price alerts, up to a generous limit on how many alerts you can hold at once.

Do I need an account?

No, not to browse, search or compare prices. You only need an account to save products to your watchlist, star categories, or get price alerts.

Can I buy products on RewardingStore?

No. We link you to the platform, and you buy it there. Your order, payment, delivery, returns and refunds are all between you and that platform.

Who can use RewardingStore?

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Some product categories we track are intended for adults.

Prices

Where do your prices come from?

From the platforms’ publicly available product pages, captured by our systems for specific delivery locations. We are not affiliated with any of the platforms.

Why do prices depend on my pincode?

Quick-commerce platforms price and stock products per dark store, so the same product can cost different amounts in different areas. Choose your pincode in the header and we show the prices for it.

How often do you check prices?

Most products are checked at least once or twice a day. Prices can change between checks, so always confirm the price on the platform before you buy.

What does “usual price” mean?

It’s the product’s average price over the previous 30 days, weighted by how long each price lasted. A price that held for three weeks counts for far more than one that lasted an hour. We use it instead of the MRP because the MRP is the platform’s claim, while the usual price is what it has actually cost.

What is an “all-time low”?

The lowest price we have ever recorded for that product on that platform at your pincode. It means lowest in our records, which begin when we started tracking the product.

A price on your site is wrong. What should I do?

Tell us via Contact & support with the product link and your pincode. Now and then a platform shows a wrong price, or a price from a store that doesn’t deliver to you, and your report helps us catch it.

My pincode isn’t covered. Can you add it?

You can request it from the pincode picker. We prioritise the pincodes people ask for most.

Alerts and notifications

How do price alerts work?

Set the price you’d be happy to pay for a product. When our checks find it at or below that price, we notify you. We wait for a second check to confirm the price before we tell you, so a momentary glitch doesn’t send you a false alarm.

How will I be notified?

On Telegram, by linking your account to our Telegram bot, or as a browser notification if you allow them. You choose your channels in your account’s notification settings and can switch them off at any time.

Why didn’t I get an alert?

Usually because the price didn’t stay low long enough to be confirmed, the product was out of stock, or a notification channel wasn’t connected. Alerts are best-effort: a price can change between our checks, so we can’t promise to catch every drop.

How do I stop alerts?

Delete the alert in your account, turn a channel off in notification settings, or unlink Telegram. You can also block the bot in Telegram or turn off notifications for our site in your browser.

Your account and privacy

What data do you keep about me?

Only what the service needs: your name and email, your saved addresses and pincode if you add them, your watchlist, starred categories and alerts, and the details needed to send notifications. We don’t run advertising trackers or sell your data. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, with personal details hidden. The Privacy policy has the details.

Do you use cookies?

Only the ones the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your pincode for your visit, and protecting forms. No advertising or analytics cookies. See the Cookie policy.

How do I delete my account?

Email us from your account’s email address using the details on Contact & support and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm once it’s done. The Privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
