Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and the team that runs RewardingStore ("we", "us"), and apply to your use of RewardingStore (the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It doesn't need a physical or digital signature.

1. What RewardingStore is

RewardingStore is an information service. We track prices of products listed on third-party quick-commerce and e-commerce platforms (the "platforms"), and show you price history, comparisons and alerts.

• We don't sell anything. We are not a seller, a marketplace or an agent of any seller or platform. We don't take orders or payments, and we don't deliver.
• Purchases happen on the platforms. When you follow a link to a platform, your order, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and any warranty are between you and that platform or its sellers, under their terms. We are not a party to that transaction.
• We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform we track, unless we clearly say so.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account. By creating one, you confirm that you are.

3. Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

4. Prices and information

We work hard to be accurate, but prices and other information on RewardingStore are provided for general information only:

• Prices are captured from platforms at particular times and for particular locations. They can change at any moment, differ by pincode and store, and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong, including because a platform displayed them wrongly.
• "Usual price", "all-time low", "price drop", deal scores and similar figures are our own calculations from our records. They're estimates, not guarantees or advice.
• Product names, descriptions, images, pack sizes and MRPs come from the platforms. We don't verify them.
• Always check the price, availability and details on the platform before you buy. The platform's price at checkout is the one that applies.

Nothing on the service is an offer to sell, or a promise that a product is available at a price.

5. Price alerts and notifications

Alerts are a convenience and are provided on a best-effort basis. A price can change between our checks, a platform may be unavailable, and notifications can be delayed or not delivered, for example by Telegram, your browser, or your device settings. We don't guarantee that you'll be notified of any particular price, or in time to act on it. The number of alerts you can hold depends on your plan.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl or harvest the service or its data by automated means, or build a competing database or service from it, without our written permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or test its vulnerabilities, or get around its security or rate limits;
• access the service through any interface other than the ones we provide, or use it at a volume beyond what normal personal use needs;
• use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• impersonate anyone, or give false information when you contact us or create an account;
• reverse engineer the service, except where the law permits it despite this restriction.

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its design, software, text, and the price histories and calculations we compile, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

Platform names, logos, product names and product images are the property of their respective owners. We show them only to identify where a price comes from and which product it's for. This does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. If you own content shown on RewardingStore and believe we're using it improperly, contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond promptly.

8. Links to other sites

The service links to the platforms and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, prices, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

9. Plans and changes to the service

The service is currently free. We may introduce paid features in future. If we do, we will set out their price and terms clearly before you're asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the service at any time. Where a change significantly affects you, we'll try to give you reasonable notice.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service, and ask us to delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if the law requires it. Where it's appropriate and lawful, we'll tell you why.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the service or its information: not about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the service is financial, legal or purchasing advice. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on prices or other information on the service, from purchases you make on any platform, or from alerts that are late, missing or inaccurate;
• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, savings, data or opportunity;
• our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees), or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher.

These limits don't apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service, to the extent the law allows.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If a change is material, we'll give you notice before it takes effect, for example by email or a notice on the site. If you keep using the service after that, the updated terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using the service and you may ask us to delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly, and you can reach us as described on Contact & support. Subject to that, and to any right you have to approach a consumer commission, the competent courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service.

16. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor operating the service. These terms, together with our Privacy policy, Cookie policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
