How to use
To use raw Reetha, take 8–10 pieces of Reetha and rinse them well. Slightly crack each pod to help release the natural saponins. Add the Reetha to a pan with 2–3 cups of water, and if you prefer, include a few pieces of Shikakai and Amla. Boil the mixture for 10–15 minutes until the water turns brown and foamy. Allow it to cool completely, then squeeze the pods to extract the natural soap. Finally, strain the liquid, and your natural Reetha shampoo is ready to use.
