- Wash hands and sterilize bottle, boil water and cool to 40°C, pour water into bottle first then add required scoops of powder (1 level scoop per 30ml water), cap and shake vigorously until dissolved, test temperature on wrist before feeding, use within 2 hours and discard leftovers, never reheat or microwave, follow pediatrician's feeding schedule, reseal foil bag after use and consume within 3 weeks of opening.
