- Take 2 1/2 Spoon table spoon (25 g) of custard powder in a bowl., Add 125 ml milk from 1/2 litre milk pouch to make a smooth paste., Boil & remaining milk (375 ml) with 4 table spoons (50 g) of sugar. Mix well & remove the flame., Then add the paste & cook again for 2-3 mins. You don't want to burn this so keep stirring. Let it cool.
