- Soak Khichdi Mix 2 hours prior to cooking, Heat 1 tbsp oil or ghee in a pressure cooker, Add vegetables & spices of your choice. Frey them for 2-4 mins, Add 4 cups of water and Khichdi Mix, Cook on low flame for 5-6 whistles, Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with raita & pickle
