- In a bowl, mix in 100g Diabexy pancake mix, 1 small whisked egg and water. Mix well until the batter is of desired consistency. Heat a non-stick pan and pour some batter at the centre of pan, allowing it to spread evenly. Let it cook until slightly golden brown and then flip it on other side and cook. Serve hot!
