- wash and soak Hafiz khichda mix for 30 minutes in a large utensil heat 50 grams of cooking oil/' ghee. fry hafiz taste master(spices) for 2 minutes. add soaked Hafiz khichda mix & 400 gms of boiled mutton/ vegetables with fired spices and mix it up. add 7 glass of water and cook on low fire , blend thoroughly with wooden spoon or wood bank. fry onions in remaining oil/ ghee . prepare fired onions (Birasta) to your taste. now Hafiz khichda is ready to serve . serve with green chilllies, coriander leaves, fresh lemon, pudina and ghee.
