- How to use
- In a bucket - For foot soak, mix 50 grams of Hoop Epsom Salt in a bucket with warm or hot water. Soak legs and feet for about 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after use. In a tub - For full body soak, mix 100 grams of Hoop Epsom Salt in a tub with warm or hot water. Soak full body for about 20 minutes. Rinse thoroughly after use. Adjust water temperature to your personal comfort level. Always check the water with your hand before soaking to ensure a comfortable warmth.
