Ingredients: Single ingredient 100% Natural Amla Fruit Powder
How to use: Take 2–3 tablespoons of Amla Powder and add water, coconut oil, or yogurt to prepare a smooth paste. Apply evenly to the scalp and hair. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo. For a face pack, mix 1 tablespoon of Amla Powder with rose water or honey and apply to the face and neck. Leave the face pack on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. For internal use, mix ½–1 teaspoon of Amla Powder with warm water or honey and consume once daily.
