- How to use
- Two times a day early morning on empty stomach and evening tea time. Take approx 15 gm (1.5 tbsp) of Jeeni and mix in 250 ml of water. Place on stove and cook for 7-10 minutes. Keep stirring to avoid lumps. Add salt or jaggery according to taste. If needed serve the cooked mixture mixed with buttermilk twice a week.
