- Usage Instructions
- In 500ml water add gravy paste and mix well to make smooth slurry without lumps and keep aside., With 4 spoon pure ghee/butter saute cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, 2 whole green chilies, 1 Bay Leaf, 4 Clove, 1 Cinnamon stick, 3 green Cardamom. Then add the prepared gravy to it and simmer on low flame for about 10-15 minutes, do keep on stirring at intervals. Can add spices & salt as per taste if required., Then add any of the following ingredients to make your signature dish and cook for 10 minutes - Paneer / Blanched Vegetables / Kofta / grilled or boiled choice of meat. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves, Butter / Cream and crushed dry fenugreek leaves.
