How to use
For Bath Soak Fill the bathtub with warm water. Add 1–2 cups (150–300g) of Epsom Salt. Stir until completely dissolved. Soak for 15–20 minutes. Rinse if desired and pat dry. For Foot Soak Add ½ cup (75–100g) of Epsom Salt to a basin of warm water. Stir well until dissolved. Soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Dry feet thoroughly and apply moisturizer if needed. Dissolve 1–2 cups of Khadi Utkrisht Epsom Salt in warm bath water and soak for 15–20 minutes. For foot soak, dissolve ½ cup in warm water and soak feet for 15–20 minutes. Suitable for bath, foot soak, and spa use. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
