In a mixing bowl, add 150 g of pancake mix and about 120 ml of milk (adjust for desired batter consistency). Mix until smooth., Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and lightly grease it. Pour a small ladle of batter onto the pan., Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form on the surface, flip, and cook the other side until golden brown. Serve warm
