- Millex Millet Health Mix with Churnam is made with 30 varieties of natural ingredients with 18 Herbs Arogyamrutha Churna, is a widely chosen mix of millets, cereals & pulses roasted along with dry fruits, and spices to make it a complete healthy and nutritious food for your entire family. Mix Cook Served: Take 2 Tea spoons of Millex healthy Millet mix and mix with 300 ml of water or milk, so no lumps are formed. Place on stove & bring to boil stirring continuously for 5 minutes to avoid lumps. Add salt or jaggery to taste & serve warm.
