- Empty the whole pack of SUHANA Chakali Bhajani mix in a large bowl then add 200ml (2 cups) hot water, 2 tbsp hot oil, keep aside for 10 minutes and knead the dough nicely. Make chakali with chakali maker and deep fry till it gets golden in color. 3. Serve Chakali when it gets to room Temperature and remaining keep in air tight container.
