- Add 4 tbsp oil to 200ml water. Pour the mixture in Suhana Khaman Dhokla Mix and gently mix to form smooth batter without lumps. Grease baking plates/trays with little oil. Pour the batter in the oil greased plate evenly. Steam for 15-20 minutes or till done. Remove and allow to cool for 10 mins & cut into small cubes. Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Garnish coriander and grated coconut.
