- AVALOSE UNDA: Ingredients Tasty Nibbles Avalose podi 1/2 cup (approx.100g), Tasty Nibbles Jaggery powder 3/4 cup (approx. 150g), Water 1/2 cup (approx.100ml), Melted Ghee 2tsp, Cardamom 2nos. HOW TO PREPARE - Melt Jaggery in 1/2 cup of Water and let it boil. Switch off once it reaches one thread consistency. Add this Jaggery syrup to Avalose podi along with powdered cardamom and ghee. Mix well with spatula Smear ghee on hand, start forming ball (unda) with bearable hot mixture. Roll each ball over Avalose podi. Store in airtight containers.
