- Open the Grinder, Add Coffee Beans Pour roasted coffee beans into the hopper. Do not exceed the maximum recommended capacity., Adjust Grind Size Turn the adjustment knob at the bottom of the grinder. Clockwise → Finer grind (Espresso / Moka Pot) Counter-clockwise → Coarser grind (Pour-over / French Press), Reassemble Place the lid back securely and ensure the handle is properly fitted., Start Grinding Hold the grinder with one hand and rotate the handle smoothly with the other hand until grinding is complete., Collect Ground Coffee Unscrew the bottom container to access freshly ground coffee., Cleaning & Maintenance Disassemble the grinder periodically. Use a dry brush or air blower to clean burrs. Do not wash burrs with water to avoid rust and damage.
