Cooking instructions
Boil 6 cups (approx. 750ml) of water in a large container. Add half packet (approx. 150g) Tops Noodles with a little salt. Cook for 5 min. and strain Noodles to drain out water. Rinse the Noodles in cold water. Add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil to avoid sticking. Keep the Noodles aside. Heat the pan and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Add 5 cups (approx. 150g) of chopped vegetables of desired size and combination (cabbage, carrot, red/green capsicum, onion, etc.) and stir fry for 1-2 min. Add boiled Tops Noodles to the stir fry vegetables and add Tops Soya Sauce, Tops Vinegar followed by stir fry for 2-3 min. Serve hot with Tops Green Chilli Sauce & Tops Tomato Ketchup
