- 1. For Bathing (Relaxation & Muscle Relief): Amount: Use 1-2 cups (250-500g) of Epsom salt for a standard bathtub. Method: Fill the bathtub with warm water (not too hot). Add the Epsom salt directly to the water and stir until it fully dissolves. Soak in the bath for 15-30 minutes. Rinse your body with fresh water after the bath. Frequency: 2-3 times a week for best results, 2. For Foot Soak (Relaxing Tired Feet): Amount: Use ½ cup (125g) of Epsom salt in a basin of warm water. Method: Dissolve the Epsom salt in the water. Soak your feet for 15-20 minutes. Pat dry and apply a moisturizer. Frequency: Daily or as needed.
