Interaction with Drugs

Nitroprusside (Injection Route) Do not consume Nitroprusside with Avanafil. Concomitant use may cause a serious drop in blood pressure. Vericiguat (Oral Route) Do not consume Vericiguat with Avanafil. Riociguat (Oral Route) Do not consume Riociguat with Avanafil. Concurrent use may cause low blood pressure. Mifepristone (Oral Route) Do not consume Mifepristone with Avanafil. If concurrent use is essential, watch out for symptoms such as weight gain, dizziness, headache, increased heart rate or flushing and consult your doctor if you experience them. They may adjust the doses as per the observations. Mifepristone may raise blood levels of Avanafil. Efavirenz (Oral Route) Talk to your doctor if you notice any unusual symptoms. Efavirenz may reduce blood levels of Avanafil.
