- 1. Blend 2 Level Tabelsspoon (25gms) of BAKERS CUSTARD POWDER with 3 tablespoons (45ml) of milk taken from 1/2 litre of milk to from a custard paste. 2. Add 4 level tablespoons of sugar (60g) to the remaining of milk and boil it. 3.Add the custard paste slowly to the boiling milk and stirring well for approx 1-2 minutes. 4. Chill and pour over jelly, ice cream, fruits & nuts ect as per your taste and serve.
