- 1. Set the refrigerator to the coldest temperature before preparing the ice cream. 2. Empty the contents of this packet in 1/2 litre of milk and heat it to a boiling point for 2 to 3 minutes stirring it constantly to make a homogenous liquid. Transfer this mixture into an aluminium tray (let the thickness not be more than 2cm), allow it to cool and then freeze it for 2-3 hours. 3. Remove the trays and beat it with an electric blender until smooth.
