- STEP 1 - Combine 2-3 tablespoons of the mix, 2 spoons of butter/ oil & 1/5th cup of milk to make a thick flowy batter. STEP 2 - Heat a nonstick pan on low flame & grease with very little oil. Pour the batter & cook well on both sides. STEP 3 - Serve warm with honey & fruits. Note: These pancakes are made with oats & millets and are a nutritious alternative to the regular maida ones! Enjoy
