Cooking Instructions – PROTMIX Instant Kabab Premix 1. Mix: Take 100 g PROTMIX Instant Kabab Premix in a bowl. 2. Add Water: Gradually add 120–140 ml water while mixing continuously. 3. Rest: Mix well and let the mixture rest for 8–10 minutes. 4. Shape: Grease your hands lightly and shape the mixture into kababs. 5. Cook: Shallow-fry on a pan over medium heat with a little oil until both sides turn golden brown and crispy. 6. Serve: Serve hot with green chutney, onion rings and lemon. Tip: Add finely chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chilli or a squeeze of lemon for extra flavour. For 250 g pack: Makes approximately 30–35 kababs, depending on size.
