- For sensitive skin, test a small piece of the kinesiology tape on skin before usage. If irritation/redness occurs, DO NOT apply more tape. Beware of rashes in case of extremely sensitive skin. If symptoms such as itching and irritation appear, remove the tape immediately. The use of tape on extended/stretched skin may cause irritation. If irritation persists, remove the tape immediately. For sensitive skin, early removal, or when the tape is difficult to remove, apply baby oil or olive oil to the top of the tape to help break down the adhesive. Wait for few minutes, then slowly remove.
