- Clean & dry the skin before application (remove oil, sweat, lotion). Trim excess hair for better adhesion and comfort. Round the corners of each strip to prevent peeling. Apply with gentle stretch—do not overstretch the tape. Rub the tape for 10–15 seconds after application to activate the adhesive. Avoid water for the first 1 hour after application. Pat dry after showers—do not rub the tape. Remove slowly by soaking the tape in warm water or oil to avoid skin irritation. Do not apply on broken or irritated skin. Stop use if redness or discomfort occurs.
