- STEP 1 Mix 1 measure of Rice Dosa Mix with 1½ measure of water into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 minutes. STEP 2 Grease the non stick Tava and heat on a medium flame. STEP 3 Pour the batter and spread it from centre to sides in a circular shape. STEP 4 Add oil or ghee to the edges of Rice Dosa and roast it till golden brown. STEP 5 Flip the Dosa and roast it for one minute further. Remove it slowly form the tava and serve.
