- STEP 1 Mix 1 measure of Multigrain Dosa Mix with 1 ½ measure of water, to form a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 minutes. STEP 2 Grease the non-stick tava and heat on a medium flame. Sprinkle little water and wipe with cloth. STEP 3 Pour enough batter and spread it evenly in circular motion. STEP 4 Add oil to the edges and center and roast till crispy. Serve hot.
