- STEP1 Add ¾measure of water to 1 measure of Instant Vada Mix and mix into a smooth dough. STEP 2 Soak for 15-20 minutes with lid closed. Mix the dough gently with little water (if desired). STEP 3 Take 1 tbsp of dough on wet palm and flatten it. Make a hole at the centre with your thumb. 15-20 mins STEP 4 Deep fry in hot oil on a high flame, till both sides are golden brown. Serve hot.
