- 1. Mix 1 cup Ragi Dosa Mix with 1½ cups water to make a smooth batter. Rest for 5 minutes 2. Heat and grease a non-stick tawa on medium flame. Sprinkle water, wipe clean 3. Pour batter, spread in a circular motion 4. Add oil or ghee around edges and cook till crispy Serve hot with tomato onion chutney or sambar. Note: Use batter immediately. Measure = any cup or container.
