- Prepare the Gravy Mix Mix Orika Kadhai Paneer Gravy Mix with 100 ml water to make a smooth paste. Cook the Gravy Add the paste to cooked tomatoes, sauté, then pour in 200 ml water. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thick. Sauté the Paneer In another pan, heat butter and sauté onion until golden. Add capsicum and paneer, and cook for 1–2 minutes. Combine & Simmer Add the paneer mixture to the gravy and cook for 4–5 minutes until the gravy thickens. Finish with the Top-Up Stir in Orika Kadhai Paneer Top-Up Sachet and serve hot for the signature restaurant-style flavour.
