- How to use
- Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and add salt to taste (approximately 10 g of salt per litre of water). Add Pastificio Liguori Linguine Nº 7 Gragnano I.G.P. and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook for about 9–11 minutes, or until the pasta reaches the desired al dente texture. Drain well and toss immediately with your preferred sauce such as classic tomato sauce, seafood, pesto, or olive oil with garlic and herbs. For best results, reserve a small cup of the pasta cooking water and add it to your sauce to help bind and enhance flavour. Serve hot with freshly grated cheese or herbs if desired.
