- Usage Instructions
- Rinse the sabudana thoroughly 2–3 times in clean water to remove excess starch. Soak sabudana in enough water (just covering the pearls) for 4–6 hours or overnight, until soft and swollen. Drain excess water completely before cooking to avoid stickiness. Use soaked sabudana to prepare sabudana khichdi, kheer, vada, or other dishes. Suitable for fasting / upvas / vrat meals during Navratri, Ekadashi, etc. Cook on low to medium flame for best texture and taste. Serve fresh for best quality and flavour.
