- Add 100 gm of Bakease Whipping Cream Powder to 100-200 ml of chilled Water/ Milk (@ 5- 7°C), Mix at slow speed for 1 minute, Whip for 3-5 minutes at high speed until desirable peaks are achieved, Further mix at slow speed for 1 minute to stabilize the cream, Store the finished cream under refrigeration, before using to decorate cakes, muffins, donuts, etc.
