- Take 100gm Gulab Jamun Instant Dessert Powder Mix in a bowl, Add 30-40ml water in Gulab Jamun Instant Powder Mix and make a dough, Rub little oil on your hand and make small gulab jamun balls, Deep Fry the gulab jamuns untill they turn brown, Make Sugar Syrup for Gulab Jamun. Take 200g Sugar in 100ml water, Soak the fried gulab jamun directly in warm sugar syrup (make sure the syrup isn’t too hot). Let it rest for at least 40 mins so that the jamuns absorb the syrup properly. Serve Gulab Jamun Hot or Cold.
