Apply a small amount of OMNI HOT GEL to the affected area with a piece of clean cotton wool or gauze swab and gently rub it in. • Avoid taking a shower for at least 1 hour after application. • If OMNI HOT GEL accidentally comes in contact with your eyes, mouth, or nose, rinse with water thoroughly. • Do not apply it to open wounds, or use external heat or occlusive dressings on the treated joints.
