Cooking instructions
Bring the batter to room temperature. Batter is mildly salted, adjust as preferred and give a gentle mix. Lightly grease the idli pan with ghee or oil and pour a ladle of batter (approx. 40 To 50 gm) or as per your idli pan capacity (but not full as during steaming process, idli increases in size). Steam cook in idli cooker (approx. 10 To 12 mins) until idlis are done (doneness check by poking the idli at the center. If the fork comes out clean while poking in center, then idli is cooked.)
Storage instruction
Store under refrigerated conditions (8 degree C or below). Do not freeze. Bring to room temperature before cooking. Do not buy if pack is puffed or leaked. Use within 3 days after opening
