Country Delight Idli Dosa Batter is a ready‑to‑use mix of rice, urad dal, fenugreek seeds and salt in water. After a brief rest at room temperature it can be steamed into soft idlis or spread on a pan for crisp dosas. It is suited for home preparation of breakfast or snack items and contains no added preservatives.

Ingredients: RO Water, Rice, Urad Dal, Fenugreek Seeds, Iodized Salt.
How to use: Idli Preparation Keep the batter at room temperature for 30 minutes. Stir well for a uniform consistency. Grease the idli moulds with oil or ghee and pour in the batter. Place the moulds in an idli cooker with warm water and cook for 10–15 minutes on medium flame. Dosa Preparation Keep the batter at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add a little water and stir to get the desired consistency. Pour the batter onto a medium-hot pan and spread evenly. Add oil or ghee to the sides and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
