About this product
Simmply Idli-Dosa Batter is a liquid mix of rice, urad dal, water, rock salt and fenugreek that is naturally fermented. It is preservative‑free and gluten‑free, and after a rest at room temperature it can be poured into idli molds or spread on a hot tawa to make soft idlis and crispy dosas; keep it refrigerated and use within ten days.
