Ingredients: RO Water, Rice, Protein Blend (Pea Protein Isolate, Soy Protein Isolate, Brown Rice Protein), Urad Dal, Rice Rava, Fenugreek Seeds, Iodized Salt
How to use: Keep the batter at room temperature for 30 minutes. Stir the batter to get a uniform consistency. Grease the idli moulds with oil or ghee and pour the batter into them. Place the idli moulds in the idli cooker with warm water at the bottom. Cook for 10–15 minutes on medium flame to get soft and yummy idlis. Dosa Preparation Keep the batter at room temperature for 30 minutes. Add a little water to the batter and stir to get the desired consistency. Pour the batter onto a medium-hot pan and spread it evenly. Add oil or ghee to the sides and cook for some time. Cook for 1 minute on medium flame to get crispy and tasty dosa.
